- Leader guides your mentors actually use. Each meeting has a mentors-only guide — preparation, a run of show, faith-story prompts — kept separate from what members see. Assign sections to specific leaders, highlight the parts you are covering, and print it.
- Build the curriculum once. Write your program a single time and every new group gets its own copy. When you improve it, a resync pushes changes down without wiping what each group has tailored.
- The group's life in one thread. Messages, prayer requests, photos, polls, and announcements live alongside the curriculum instead of scattered across texts and email.
- See who is drifting, early. Attendance, homework completion, and message activity roll into one view, so someone can reach out before a person disappears.
- From sign-up to groups. Run intake end to end: nominations, approvals, mentor applications, pairing co-leaders, matching participants, availability polls, and the year's meeting schedule.
