Two guides for every meeting

Each unit has a Member Guide, which is what the group sees, and a Leader Guide, which is leaders-only prep. Members never see the Leader Guide.

A Leader Guide breaks the meeting into named sections under tabs such as Prep, Meeting Guide and Faith Story. Sections are written with bold, lists and links, and can carry a video, a file, a check-off, a discussion or a book.

Shared between co-leaders

Give a section to a specific leader so everyone knows who is taking it. Highlight the part you plan to cover, and your highlight stays yours, in your own color.

Written once, tailored per group

Write the guide once on the church’s study and it flows into every group. Leaders tailor their own copy, and a resync brings in later improvements without wiping what they changed.
