Bring small groups across from Planning Center Groups, filtered by your own tags, or send a Synodo group the other way. People are matched on any email address, so nobody ends up in either system twice.

Bring a group over

Browse every group in your Planning Center, filter by your own tags, and see exactly what an import would do before it does any of it: who is matched, who is new, and who cannot be brought over.

Nobody twice

Someone already in Synodo is matched, not made again, on any email address Planning Center holds for them. When it is unclear who is who, Synodo asks rather than guesses.

You choose who is invited

Invite just the leaders, who can then set the schedule and invite their own people, invite everyone, or nobody yet. A leader opening an imported group is offered the schedule Planning Center already has, to confirm or change.

Nothing syncs behind your back

You pick the groups, one at a time. Planning Center stays the register for names, and an import never removes anybody.
